About me
First keeping a large organisation's infrastructure standing, then building sites and systems for my own clients.
Background
Since 2016 I have worked at one of the largest professional organisations in Buenos Aires. I started as an administrative clerk and today I am Systems Administrator for Infrastructure and Cloud: servers, databases, backups, scripting, and everything that has to hold up for the organisation to run every day.
Web development I run on my own, for my own clients, with the same standard I apply to infrastructure: it works, it is cheap to keep running, and the client does not depend on me for day-to-day changes.
I got into AI the only way that seems honest to me: by putting it into production. I have built and configured machines for local language-model inference end to end — hardware, operating system, inference server and access — for cases where the data cannot leave the network.
On the data side I come from the database itself: modelling, queries and administration on SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL, plus management dashboards that refresh on their own and get looked at daily.
